GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENTS

Thank you for choosing Xurious Locs! To ensure the best experience, please review the following policies and guidelines carefully before booking your appointment.
Guidelines for Appointments
At Xurious Locs, we currently service only former and recurring clients.
No Refunds: All appointments are final; refunds will not be issued once bookings are made.
No Extra Guests: Only the individual being serviced is allowed at the appointment.
Booking Retainer: A $25 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service (plus taxes if paying by card).
Payment Options: We accept Debit, Credit, Cash, Afterpay, and Square payments.
No-Call/No-Show Policy
If you are a no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule future appointments.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled one time, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours, you will be required to pay half of the service cost before a new appointment can be booked.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will incur a $25 late fee or have their appointment canceled due to strict scheduling guidelines.
Preparation for Appointments
Clean Hair: Please arrive with your hair clean and shampooed unless otherwise specified. This ensures the best results for your service.
Booking Tips
Ensure you book for the correct amount of weeks when scheduling maintenance services.
Please refrain from calling directly; if no openings are visible, that time is unavailable.
Select all desired services when booking. Additional services cannot always be added on the day of your appointment due to time constraints.
New & Transfer Clients
New or transfer clients must schedule a consultation before booking regular services. This allows us to assess the condition of your hair and estimate the time needed for your appointment.
For installs, the deposit must be paid before being placed on the calendar, and full payment is required the day before the service begins.
Additional Information
Prices listed are starting prices. Final costs will depend on the style and specific requests discussed during the appointment.
If you are sneezing, coughing, or showing any signs of illness, please reschedule to ensure everyone's safety.
